Made-to-order and custom-measurement items
Our abayas are made to order. Each piece is produced specifically according to the measurements you submit with your order. For this reason, made-to-order and custom-measurement items are not normally eligible for return or exchange where the reason is:
- a change of mind after the order has been placed;
- ordering the wrong measurements;
- providing measurements that are incorrect or inaccurate;
- personal preference after the item has been produced.
Please review your measurements carefully before confirming your order. Guidance is available on our How to Measure page, and you are welcome to contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
If something is wrong with your order
The above does not affect your statutory rights, and it does not apply where there is a problem with the item itself. Please contact us promptly if your order:
- arrives damaged;
- is defective;
- is not the item you ordered;
- materially differs from the order you placed;
- does not conform to the specifications agreed with you.
Email us at blingabayas@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery, quoting your order number and including clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter with you and agree the appropriate remedy, which may be a repair, a replacement or a refund depending on the circumstances and on applicable law.
Ready for Sale items
Ready for Sale is a range of ready-made abayas sold in fixed, published measurements rather than made to order. This range has not launched yet. The return and exchange conditions that apply to Ready for Sale items will be published here, and shown on the relevant product pages, when the range becomes available.
