Shipping & Customs Requirements

We ship from the Kingdom of Bahrain to Bahrain and selected GCC destinations. The information below explains our standard delivery times and destination-specific customs requirements.

Delivery times

Bahrain: approximately 1 business day after the order is ready for dispatch.

GCC: approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Made-to-order items: production normally requires 7–10 working days before dispatch.

Saudi Arabia — National Address required

For shipments to Saudi Arabia, customers must provide their Saudi National Address or Saudi Short Address together with the city name (العنوان الوطني السعودي أو العنوان الوطني السعودي المختصر مع اسم المدينة).

The Saudi Short Address consists of 4 letters and 4 numbers. Providing accurate address information helps avoid delivery or customs delays.

Oman — Identification document required for customs clearance

For shipments to Oman, identification documentation may be required for customs clearance. Oman Customs lists a personal ID, passport, or residence visa among the documents required for personal imports.

Before fulfillment, we may contact you to obtain the required identification document and verify your delivery details. Please ensure that your full name and document/ID number are clearly visible.

Your document will be used only for shipment and customs-clearance purposes and may be shared only with the relevant logistics provider or customs authority where required.
